In-home sports massage is the same hands-on work I do in Los Altos. You book me. I am the person who shows up.
- Clinical sports, deep tissue, and myofascial work — clothed, no oils, no draping
- I bring the table and everything needed for a full session
- Home, office, gym, or hotel from San Jose up to San Francisco
- $400 an hour covers travel, setup, and one-to-one work. The studio is $160 if you drive in
Which days
Tuesday and Wednesday are house-call days. I come to you. Monday, Thursday, and Friday I am in the Los Altos studio. Text if you need a different day.
Where I come
Home, office, gym, hotel, or another quiet space large enough for a massage table, from San Jose to San Francisco. Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, and San Jose are regular in-home days. Ask if you are elsewhere on the Peninsula.
What to prepare
A quiet area large enough for a massage table, plus comfortable athletic wear. I bring the table and the clinical setup. You stay clothed.
Who it is for
Athletes, runners, and desk-bound people who want sports massage at home. This is not a spa appointment and not an on-demand app. If you want the lower rate, come to the Los Altos studio.
