I come to you in San Jose with the table and the same clinical sports massage I do in the studio.
Whether you train on the Guadalupe River Trail, ride through Willow Glen, or sit through a long commute on 101 or 280, the work is the same: focused, clinical bodywork built to relieve pain and improve mobility.
If you would rather drive, the studio is on El Camino Real in Los Altos. Most San Jose clients book in-home so they do not add that drive.
Why San Jose athletes choose clinical sports massage
This is therapy, not a spa treatment.
Sessions are clothed, with no oils or draping, and every session is built around your body and your goals. The San Jose clients who book range from trail runners, rec-league players, cyclists and desk-bound professionals, all looking for work that addresses the cause of their tightness or pain rather than the sensation.
We start with a range-of-movement approach and address the soft tissue restricting that movement. Then I give you the stretching and mobility work to do between sessions, because that is where a good deal of the progress happens.

Frequently asked questions
Do you come to San Jose?
Yes. In-home sports massage is the default in San Jose. I bring the table. The Los Altos studio is $160 an hour if you want to drive in.
Do I need to undress for the session?
No. My sports and myofascial work is clothed, with no oils or draping. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
How do I book?
Text or call 408-329-3900. Sessions are available seven days a week from 10am to 8pm.
What happens after the session?
You get specific stretching and movement work to do between appointments. Your body does most of the actual healing, and that part is yours. There is more on how that works in understanding fascia, soft tissue and elasticity.
